Youtube removes Moroccan song by Sherine Abdel Wahab

Egyptian singer Sherine Abdel Wahab has been banned from YouTube due to a dispute with her label Rotana. Her controversial Moroccan song “Mazal Ala El Bal” has been removed from the platform.

Sherine Abdel Wahab is paying dearly for her conflict with the Rotana record label. She was surprised to see her new song in Darija titled “Mazal Ala El Bal,” in which she fused Moroccan and Egyptian styles, removed from YouTube, just hours after it was posted. This will be the artist’s fourth song to be removed from the platform. The “Enak” singer had to turn to her Instagram account to post excerpts from the new song.
