Yahya Attiat-Allah at the heart of a controversy

Reports of a possible transfer of the Moroccan left-back from Russian club FK Sochi Yahya Attiat-Allah to the Zamalek of Egypt turn out to be false.

FK Sochi has not received any official offer from Zamalek of Egypt, Andrey Orlov, the Russian club’s sports director, assured in a statement to the press. According to Mohcine El Maâdi, the Moroccan player’s agent, the Egyptian club wants to secure the services of Attiat Allah and has already started negotiations with FK Sochi for a possible transfer this summer. According to him, the negotiations are going well and the former Wydad Casablanca player could soon sign for Zamalek. According to him, the Russian club has offered the player to Egyptian clubs. “I think the agent said this because he is angry that the player is not transferred to Al Ahly of Egypt, he only thinks about money,” Orlov said angrily.
