The trial of Wafaa Eddahri, the wife of former international Youssef Chippo, will open on November 19 before the Rabat court of first instance.

On Wednesday, the prosecution of the Rabat court of first instance decided to prosecute Wafaa Eddahri while at liberty. She was released after paying bail of 30,000 dirhams. Monday, the wife of Youssef Chippo, former international and sports analyst for beIN Sport, was arrested and then placed in custody following a road accident on Avenue Mohammed VI in Rabat, which claimed his life to one person and recorded one injury. The next day, her husband arrived in Morocco from Qatar, to support her in this ordeal. Wafaa Eddahri will be tried on November 19 for involuntary manslaughter, involuntary injury and recklessness, before the Rabat court of first instance.
