Valencia hit by the Dana: crazy rumors accuse Morocco

Rumors have circulated in recent days in Valencia, a Spanish city affected by the Dana depression, indicating that this meteorological phenomenon is caused by Morocco. This is not the case, assure Spanish experts.

The Dana Depression has already killed at least 200 people in Spain. In Valencia, wild rumors claim it is a “HAARP weather attack” originating from Morocco. The HAARP, meaning High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, is an American scientific project that studies the ionosphere using radio signals which, experts assure, cannot affect the climate on Earth.
