Tunisian President Criticized for Silence Toward King Mohammed VI
President Kaïs Saïed is the only Arab head of state not to have presented his condolences to King Mohammed VI following the death of his mother, Princess Lalla Latifa, on June 29.
The Tunisian presidency failed to send a message of condolences, which was seen as an “additional diplomatic failure” by Carthage News, also recalling that this is not the first time that Tunisian diplomacy has been criticized.
