Triumphant return to Morocco: El Bakkali and the Olympic team welcomed as heroes

Many supporters gathered at Rabat-Salé airport on Saturday to give a warm welcome to the Moroccan national Olympic football team and athlete Soufiane El Bakkali, who won bronze and gold respectively at the Paris Olympics.

Soufiane El Bakkali and his coach Karim Talmasani, some players from the Moroccan Olympic team – most of whom went straight to their clubs in Europe – as well as the technical staff headed by coach Tarik Sektioui, were welcomed with great fanfare on Saturday evening at Rabat-Salé international airport.
