Transfer of vehicles by MREs: what Moroccan customs says

Moroccan customs authorizes Moroccans living abroad (MRE) to introduce their vehicles into Morocco as part of temporary admission (TA). This customs regime allows you to import a vehicle without paying customs duties, under certain conditions. However, be careful: the rules are clear regarding the transfer of these vehicles.

It is possible to transfer a vehicle in AT to another non-resident person, even if they do not live in the same country as the transferor. For example, an MRE residing in France can transfer his vehicle to an American tourist.
