Traffic jams are “the most annoying thing in this beautiful city,” he told Hespress Hamid, a Moroccan resident in France who came to Tangier to spend his holidays with his family. He added: “We spend an entire hour in the car to travel a distance of less than two kilometers in the city center, it’s really strange.” According to him, congestion is present in cafes, restaurants and everywhere else.
