These road projects that will transform Casablanca

Casablanca faces a major challenge: the fluidity of its traffic. Faced with heavy traffic and daily traffic jams, the city has decided to undertake a radical transformation of its transport infrastructure. This vast modernization program aims to support urban changes and improve the quality of life of Bidaouis.

One of the flagship projects concerns the improvement of the roads at the entrance to Aïn Chock, in anticipation of the 2030 World Cup. This work, which notably includes the strengthening of infrastructure around the Grand Stade de Casablanca, should facilitate access to the metropolis from the Rabat-Casablanca highway and the Berrechid-Casablanca highway. The Société Nationale des Autoroutes du Maroc (ADM) is piloting this strategic project, whose budget amounts to 600 million dirhams.
