The Foreign Office has advised British holidaymakers and tourists to avoid traveling to 18 countries, namely: Bahrain, Algeria, United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Israel, the Palestinian territories occupied, Qatar, Oman, Morocco, Libya, Iran, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and Lebanon. “Ongoing hostilities between Israel and Lebanon could escalate rapidly and pose risks for the entire region,” warns the Foreign Office.
