The song “Enty” by Sâad Lamjarred in court

Composer Mohamed Rifai took DJ Van to court over the song “Enty” performed by Saad Lamjarred in 2014.

Mohamed Rifai accuses DJ Van of having illegally appropriated the rights to the song “Enty” and of having exploited it as if he were the owner. In a statement to Madar21he indicated that the case is currently before the Court of Appeal of Marrakech. Lyricist Samir Al Majari also sued DJ Van in this case. The two composers called on lawyer Abdelfettah Yatribi from the Rabat bar to defend their interests. Rifai and Al Majari maintain their right to a share of the profits from the song, which generates millions of cents after reaching millions of views.
