The Moroccan new car market is soaring
The new car market in Morocco showed notable progress at the end of October, according to the latest data from the Association of Vehicle Importers in Morocco (AIVAM).
The month of October was positive for the Moroccan new car market, recording an increase of 14.94% for the passenger vehicle segment, with 12,972 units sold, compared to 11,286 units sold a year earlier. A progression which can be explained by an increase in demand and an increasingly varied and attractive offer. The light utility vehicle segment posted a record increase of 33.71%, with 2,031 units sold, compared to 1,519 units sold in October 2023. This increase is justified by the growth of the logistics and services sectors. .
