Moroccan dirham strengthens against euro

THE Moroccan dirham appreciated by 0.9% against the euro and 0.37% against the US dollar during the week of June 20 to 26, 2024, according to Bank Al-Maghrib (BAM).

As of June 21, 2024, official reserve assets stood at 366.5 billion dirhams (billion dirhams), virtually stagnating from one week to the next and up 5.2% year-on-year.
