The Mantes-la-Ville mosque saved

The Versailles Court of Appeal annulled the judicial liquidation of the Association of Muslims of Mantes Sud (AMMS), thus allowing the definitive reopening of the mosque of Mantes-la-Ville.

This decision puts an end to a long legal series which forced the mosque to close its doors and cease all its activities. After months of uncertainty, the AMMS can finally look to the future with optimism. The court of appeal not only annulled the liquidation, but also dismissed all doubts regarding the financial and legal situation of the association.
