The expulsion of a Moroccan from Belgium causes controversy

The Collective for Resistance to Centers for Foreigners (CRACPE) demonstrated Saturday in Vottem against the violent expulsions of migrants to Morocco. Around fifty people took part in this demonstration.

Gathered early Saturday afternoon in front of the Vottem detention center, the demonstrators, who responded in large numbers to the call of the Collective of Resistance to Centers for Foreigners (CRACPE), denounced the almost systematic detention of migrants in Belgium. They particularly blame the Belgian government for the “deportations by the shovelful” to Morocco.
