The city of Casablanca condemned

Victim of an attack by stray dogs on the public highway, a woman filed a complaint against the Casablanca municipal council represented by Mayor Nabila Rmili, the Wilaya of the region and the Local Development Company.

Thursday, the administrative court of first instance of Casablanca ordered the Casablanca municipal council to pay 50,000 dirhams to the woman attacked by stray dogs for the physical and psychological damage suffered. The victim had filed a lawsuit against the Municipal Council of Casablanca, represented by Mayor Nabila Rmili, the Wilaya of the Casablanca region and the Local Development Company for the Environment and his lawyer had claimed compensation of 100,000 dirhams with execution immediate and legal interests.
