The brother of a former official sentenced in Casablanca

Involved in a real estate fraud case, the brother of a former president of the Raja club in Casablanca, as well as other people, were given a heavy prison sentence.

The criminal chamber of first instance of the Court of Appeal of Casablanca delivered its verdict this Saturday in the case concerning the real estate called “Blad Hadda”, registered under land title number 49/11384 in Tit Mellil. Abdellah Boudrika, brother of the former president of the Raja club in Casablanca, Mohamed Boudrika, and the notary, both main defendants, received a six-year prison sentence.
