The adoption of a system of exceptional licenses to stimulate hotel and tourism projects in Tangier, in anticipation of major sports competitions to come, seems compromised.

Sources close to the regional investment office of the Tangier-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma region told Hespress that the implementation of this system “is not possible at the moment”.
