MREs who own apartments in a tourist complex located on the seafront in Oued Ghlala in the Tangier region are targeted by an expropriation as part of the Tangier Med port extension project. They denounce the ridiculous prices proposed by the expropriation judge.

With an area of ​​over 7,000 m², this tourist complex located near Ksar Sghir, has 58 apartments, most of which belong to Moroccans living abroad (MRE). Some have said they have acquired these properties since 2003.
