Tangier launches a major project for its airport

The National Airports Office (ONDA) is preparing to launch development and expansion works at Tangier Ibn Battouta International Airport. This project aims to increase the airport’s reception capacity and strengthen its security.

The project will be carried out on an area of ​​approximately 199 hectares. The works concern the creation of basic infrastructure including a parking lot for aircraft, connection ramps on an area of ​​approximately 160,000 square meters, as well as the extension of the airport fence over a length of 6 kilometers.
