Tangier, at a standstill, awaits new decisions

Tangier is mobilizing to be ready to host the 2030 Football World Cup. Following a critical assessment by FIFA concerning its tourism infrastructure, the city is implementing an action plan to strengthen its reception capacity.

From 2025, the Tangier Regional Investment Center (CRI) will issue exceptional authorizations to facilitate the construction of hotels and tourist residences. The objective is clear: to increase the number of beds available for supporters and visitors expected during the event.
