Tangier Airport: everything you need to know about the extension work

Work to extend Tangier Ibn Battouta airport will be able to start. The National Airports Office (ONDA) announced the final award of the contract to two groups and three companies.

This project aims to increase the airport’s handling capacity from 1.2 million to 4.4 million passengers per year, or even to 7 million by 2050. At a total cost of more than 2.28 billion of dirhams, its implementation should last four years.
