Square at 546,000 euros: Persian real estate agent condemned and on the run
Accused of having defrauded his customers for a total amount of 546,0000 euros, the Moroccan Sufyène Mazouz, former real estate agent of Persian, and also the boss of the former Nestenn agency in Persian, was sentenced for breach of trust and money laundering.
The verdict fell on Wednesday January 29, 2025. Absent from his trial, Sufyène Mazouz received a sentence of four years in prison for fraud. He is criticized for having diverted the deposit deposits, during real estate transactions, at the damage of twenty families for a total amount of 546,0000 euros. In addition to the prison sentence, he was also ordered to compensate Nestenn up to 98,635 euros for financial damage after the termination of the deductible contract and to pay a fine of 10,000 euros for image damage. According to the requisitions of the public prosecutor, the criminal court issued an arrest warrant against the defendant to flee. “He went back and forth between France and Morocco where his parents live,” his lawyer said last December, before explaining that his client had fled for fear of reprisals.
