Spain: Moroccan in prison for the murder of his wife and two children

The Court of First Instance of San Clemente (Cuenca) ordered the Moroccan national to be remanded in custody without bail accused of murdering his ex-wife and two children in Las Pedroñeras.

The accused is being prosecuted for three crimes of murder and violation of sentence, sources from the High Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha report in EFEThe case broke out after the bodies of Amal, the defendant’s ex-wife, and her two children were found in a building near their home. The woman, also of Moroccan origin, had filed a complaint for domestic violence against the defendant in the San Clemente District Court last October.
