Soraya Sahli: two years in prison for the death of her baby

Found guilty of negligently but without intent to kill her two-month-old baby in February 2019, Soraya Sahli31 years old, was sentenced by the Brussels Assize Court.

The verdict was delivered on Monday evening around 8:45 p.m. Soraya Sahli was sentenced to two years in prison, the maximum sentence for involuntary manslaughter due to lack of foresight or precaution, while her defense had requested a prison sentence with a suspended probationary period, reports Belgian.
