Signs dedicated to MREs on Spanish roads

The Spanish Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, in collaboration with the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT), has authorized the installation of a series of information panels aimed at warning road users, in particular Moroccans residing abroad (MRE), possible dangers. Objective, improve road safety and promote more responsible driving.

Some 400 signs have already been installed on Spanish roads. Vertical or horizontal and of different colors, they carry various messages to users. This may be a warning of potential dangers, a reminder of a driving rule or prohibition, or information about services and destinations.
