Shooting in broad daylight in Tangier

The Dar el-Tounsi district of Tangier was the scene of a spectacular shooting on Sunday. It would be a settling of scores against a backdrop of drug trafficking. An investigation is underway.

The driver of the vehicle was hit by two bullets in the abdomen and thigh. The victim was taken to a private clinic downtown.
