Serious accusations in Sidi Kacem: a senior official questioned

Targeted by a complaint for the formation of a criminal organization, falsification of official documents and their use, embezzlement of public funds and complicity, the president of the provincial council of Sidi Kacem, Ben Aïssa Ben Zroual is being questioned as part of a case involving the transformation of a social complex into a hotel belonging to private individuals.

Four months later, what is the status of the investigation into the transformation of a social complex under the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH) into a listed hotel? In compliance with the instructions of the Attorney General at the Rabat Court of Appeal, elements of the National Brigade of the Judicial Police heard the President of the Provincial Council of Sidi Kacem, Benaïssa Benzeroual, last Thursday. This was followed by a raid by elements of the National Brigade in the city to further the investigation and summon an official and a doctor from the public health department, another official from the professional licenses department, as well as an official from the technical department, in order to question them next week.
