Schengen visas: the TLSContact site down, a hassle for Moroccans!

In Rabat, visa applicants for France continue to encounter difficulties in obtaining appointments, despite the recently launched video call option. And for good reason, a technical breakdown on the official TLSContact website.

According to HespressFrench visa appointment seekers reported in Facebook groups that “the official website of the intermediary company suddenly stopped working”. This technical outage comes after TLSContact implemented the video call functionality to verify the identity of appointment seekers in order to “bypass the activities of intermediaries”.
