Said Naciri faces property seizure

Hicham Brini, director of the company “Douaa Production”, declared that he had initiated a seizure procedure on a property of the production company “Hi Com”, belonging to the Moroccan artist Saïd Naciri and the producer Karim Abou Obeid, who is late in paying him the sum of 750,000 dirhams.

In 2017, the Casablanca Court of Appeal ordered the company “Hi Com” to pay the sum of 750,000 dirhams to the company “Douaa Production” for the co-production of the film “Al Khattaf”, a Moroccan comedy released in 2010. Faced with the delay in the payment of this amount, Hicham Brini, director of the company Douaa Production, began a seizure procedure on a property owned by the company Hi Com to access its funds.
