Russian wheat exports to Morocco reach new highs
Russian grain exports to Morocco have already reached record levels this year. In addition, the two countries have agreed to strengthen their bilateral cooperation.
Russian grain is still popular in Morocco. According to the Russian agricultural monitoring agency Rosselkhoznadzor, more than 200,000 tons of Russian grain, mainly wheat, have already been exported to the kingdom this year, the magazine reports. Finance News Weeklyspecifying that the majority of this cargo transited through the port of Vysotsk, located in the northwest of Russia, which has shipped 94,000 tonnes of grain to Morocco since the beginning of the year.
