Royal Air Maroc quadruples its aircraft fleet

In anticipation of the 2030 World Cup, the Moroccan government signed a program contract with Royal Air Maroc in 2023 to quadruple its current fleet, from 50 to 200 aircraft by 2035. Thanks to this partnership, the airline has already acquired between 11 and 13 new aircraft.
The announcement was made by Fouzi Lekjaa, the Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, during a session organized by the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM) to discuss the 2025 finance law. The official confirmed that RAM has recently received Boeing 787 Dreamliners, as well as Boeing Max aircraft.
