Royal Air Maroc: loss of baggage denounced

The explosion in the number of lost luggage and suitcases of many arriving travelers, particularly during Royal Air Maroc (RAM) flights at Mohammed V international airport in Casablanca, concerns Hassan Oumribte, deputy of the Party of Progress and socialism (PPS).

Hassan Oumribte, deputy of the Party of Progress and Socialism, questions the Minister of Transport and Equipment about the loss of luggage and suitcases in the kingdom’s airports. If the traveler usually collects their luggage upon arrival, some wait for long hours, which sometimes turn into several days, or are surprised to learn of their loss, specifies Hassan Oumribte, in his question. Faced with this situation, “the journey becomes a painful ordeal in searching for luggage, and suffering instead of a moment of relaxation and pleasure in meeting up with loved ones and friends, even going so far as to become a curse for travelers who want to spend their vacation far from the arrival airport,” he lamented.
