Rising prices: how Morocco intends to do it

The Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, announced Thursday, during a session with professionals from the agricultural sector, the establishment of a plan aimed at ensuring the availability of certain products on the market and lowering their prices.

The Moroccan Executive wants to straighten out the production chains of certain products such as milk, meat, olive oil and fruits and vegetables. This, in order to continue to supply the local market and to lower prices by playing on the balance between supply and demand. With this in mind, the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, held a session on Thursday with professionals from the agricultural sector, reports Assaba.
