Record number of arrests in Fez

A real raid was carried out in Fez. More than 8,000 individuals were arrested in one month during joint security operations, carried out from July 20 to August 22.

Nearly half of them, 3,864 people, were caught red-handed, in the act. The others, 4,280, were actively sought throughout the country for various crimes.
