Abdellatif Ouahbi, the Minister of Justice and a businessman have filed a complaint against a notary accused of having committed a serious professional offense.
It all started with the sale of land worth 30 million dirhams located in an industrial zone, belonging to a financing company. She comes into contact with several people likely to be interested in this purchase, including a businessman. The latter mandated a notary to finalize the transaction. The notary received several documents concerning this property, as well as a document listing the names of the people authorized to represent the shareholders for this transaction, reports Al-Akhbar. But the promise of sale concluded with the potential buyer was rendered null and void.
