The tax audits carried out by the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI), under the aegis of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance on real estate developers over the last three years (2020-2023) have paid off big.

From his written response, it appears that the number of field checks has increased significantly, going from 23 files in 2020 to 116 files in 2023, an increase by five over the period.
