Rachida Brakni did not necessarily appreciate her filming in Morocco

Rachida Brakni shared her mixed experience on the set of the film “ lonely planet » (Netflix) in Morocco. This project, which saw her opposite international stars like Laura Dern and Liam Hemsworth, turned out to be mixed for the French actress of Algerian origin.

Although the opportunity to work on an American production might seem enticing, the reality on the ground was somewhat different. “Too much hierarchy, too much process, not enough humanity…”, she confides to Télé Star, describing a rigid and impersonal working atmosphere. Added to this were logistical constraints which prevented her from returning home, even on her days off. “I was forbidden from returning home, even when I had five days off. I was stuck in Morocco for a month,” she explains.
