Rabat airport gets a facelift

Rabat-Salé Airport will soon have a new terminal and new equipment. The work currently underway aims to increase the airport platform’s capacity from 1.5 million passengers currently to 4 million by 2040.

The new terminal of Rabat-Salé airport will be built on an area of ​​approximately 69,000 square meters. The ongoing works also concern the extension of the aircraft parking area and 6 additional stations, the development of connecting roads with the runway and a two-level parking lot with a capacity of 1,300 cars.
