Questionable practices are damaging real estate in Morocco

In Morocco, crooked real estate developers do not hesitate to endanger the lives of citizens to whom they sell real estate of all standards, built with poor quality materials and in violation of the Urban Planning Code. The phenomenon is growing in the kingdom.

The recurring collapse of residential buildings (economic, medium and high standard housing) in recent months has revealed the poor quality of the construction materials used by these developers to create these buildings and the non-compliance by the latter of the town planning rules, reports the daily Assaba.
