Quebec no longer wants to recruit Moroccans
The Ministry of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) of Quebec announced on Wednesday the suspension until 2025 of recruitment missions abroad, called “Québec Days”. Morocco is affected by this decision.
“We confirm that the MIFI will not hold new Québec Days recruitment missions between now and June 30, 2025, i.e. until the next directions are known,” inform the Quebec authorities. With a labor shortage, Quebec periodically organized its “Days” in European and African countries including Morocco to recruit engineers, computer scientists, nurses and teachers.
