Purchasing power: Moroccans under pressure

Moroccans can no longer stand the continued rise in prices of basic necessities. Inflation has increased over the past three months, causing great concern.
According to a recent survey carried out by the “Sunergia” institute, which specializes in market research, 83% of respondents expressed concerns about the rise in prices of food and basic necessities over the last three months. While 9% of respondents believe that prices have remained stable, a minority (2%) note a drop in the prices of certain products during the same period.
