Parking guards: an MP calls on the government

The phenomenon of illegal parking attendants who demand exorbitant rates from vehicle owners continues to spark heated controversy in Morocco. A deputy from the National Rally of Independents (RNI) called on the government on this subject.

The scale of the phenomenon concerns RNI MP Abdelouahed Chafki. In an oral question addressed to the government, he asked what measures he intended to take to find a viable solution to the problem of illegal parking attendants, insisting on the need to develop national specifications in order to organize this sector and guarantee the rights of citizens.
