Photos of high bills for cafes and restaurants have been circulating on social media in Morocco recently, sparking a heated debate over the exorbitant prices charged by these establishments during the summer season.

Opinions are divided on the subject. Some believe that the authors of these photos consumed in luxury restaurants, which justifies these hefty bills. According to them, those concerned do not have to come and complain on social networks, because “the prices are fixed in the menu” of these establishments and they were not obliged to order.
