New in the case of the “La Crème” shooting in Marrakech

The Coffee shooting affair “La Crème”, which occurred on November 2, 2017, in Marrakech, is experiencing a new development.

The Court of Cassation of Rabat accepted the appeal introduced into the Café “La Crème” shooting, which occurred in Marrakech on November 2, 2017, we learned. This case was therefore referred to the criminal appeal chamber of the Casablanca Court of Appeal. The latter decided to postpone the examination of the accused’s file on the second day of January, before postponing it to a hearing held on January 30, 2024, in order to allow the defense preparation, the examination of the details of ‘Case, as well as the invitation of the accused detained in the local Salé prison.
