New for the Moroccan patrol boat built by Navantia

Navantia has launched the construction of the Avante 1800 patrol boat for the benefit of the Royal Moroccan Navy. Production of this vessel, 89 meters long, is expected to last three years.

The Spanish manufacturer started construction work on the Moroccan patrol boat last month at its shipyard in San Fernando, informs the specialist portal Arab defense. The order for the construction of this ship was announced in January 2021 and the first steel sheet cut in July 2023, we recall.
