Mysterious disappearance of Medhi Narjissi

Missing at sea since Wednesday at the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa, French rugby player Medhi Narjissi, a 17-year-old player for Stade Toulousain trained in Agen, has still not been found. The police have opened an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of his disappearance.

On Thursday, the French Rugby Federation (FFR) announced in a press release that it had opened a police investigation to find Franco-Moroccan international Medhi Narjissi, who has been missing since Wednesday while he was taking part in an international gathering in South Africa with the French U19 team. “The French Rugby Federation has, as of Thursday, still no news of the young player Medhi Narjissi, who has been missing since yesterday (Wednesday),” it said. “A police investigation has been opened to determine the exact circumstances of the disappearance. The FFR has also opened an internal investigation.”
