Good prospects for Moroccan tourism? After a gloomy July marked by a low influx of tourists, both national and foreign, all eyes and hopes are turned towards the month of August.
Fatim-Zahra Ammor is optimistic. Bookings are accelerating and occupancy rates in August will be higher than those of last year, hopes the Minister of Tourism, who acknowledges that July did not meet expectations due to the delay of end-of-year exams, the European Cup and the legislative elections in France, the leading market for the Morocco destination.
