Morocco: Tiznit police solve the mystery of a robbery in record time

THE Tiznit judicial police has put an end to a series of car thefts targeting tourists. Two individuals, known to the police, were arrested in less than 24 hours following a complaint from a foreign tourist who had had his bag stolen.

The case began with the filing of a complaint by the foreign tourist, whose handbag was stolen from inside her car, parked in front of her hotel in Tiznit. The police reacted very quickly, conducting on-site investigations and technical searches that led to the arrest of two suspects aged 28 and 34.
