Morocco team: Walid Regragui in search of the magic formula

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the dates of the Atlas Lions matches against Gabon and Lesotho, counting for the fifth and sixth days of the qualifiers for the African Cup of Nations, which will be held from 21 December 2025 to January 18, 2026 in Morocco. Solid leader of Pool B (12 points), Morocco will face Gabon on November 15 at the Stade de Francevillle, as part of the fifth day of the CAN 2025 qualifiers. Three days later, they will cross swords with Lesotho in Stade d’Honneur in the city of Oujda for its last qualifying match. The Refereeing Commission of the Confederation of African Football has appointed a South African refereeing body to direct the first match. The second meeting will be led by an arbitration body from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
